Most of these songs are done on the modular synth, with a bit of Kilpatrick Phenol. I tended to start with a sequence and added various bits of melodies and rhythms as ideas came up, so these are a combinations of something that sort of came out of the machine, and sort of came out of me. As I listened to the various bits, I figured out which animal the sound reminded me of, not necessarily in any sane way.

Cats is the exception, based on a more traditional process of getting a drum part and adding instrumentation. The instruments are more traditional (at least sounding) but are either samples from the Kurzweil, real Rhodes or drums from an iPad.
